Freight Charges

Jewellery Items

  • Standard Shipping: AU$15

  • Express Shipping (Australia Post): AU$20

Non-Jewellery Items & Artworks

  • Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, as rates vary depending on size, weight, and destination.

  • For larger or bulk orders, please contact us for a freight quote.

Free shipping may be offered periodically in connection with promotional campaigns.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using:

  • Australia Post

  • DHL

  • TOLL

Orders delivered by standard shipping may require a signature upon delivery. Where possible, we recommend using a business address where someone is available to sign. If no one is present at the time of delivery, you may be required to collect your parcel from your local Australia Post outlet or the carrier’s nominated collection location.


Delivery Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel via www.auspost.com.au

Delivery timeframes vary based on your location and conditions outside our control. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you via phone or email to arrange alternatives.

We strongly recommend not instructing carriers to leave parcels unattended. Cindy Poole accepts no responsibility for packages left without a signature.

 

Estimated Delivery Times (Australia)

We will endeavour to deliver your purchase to you promptly, however, all shipments may be subject to delays during peak periods or when shipped to regional areas.

Metro Areas:

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart
    2 – 7 business days

Non-Metro Areas:

  • 3 – 10 business days


Multiple Shipments

Orders will be sent in one shipment when all products in the order are available from stock.

If a product from your order is not available within our standard shipping times, a member of our staff will endeavour to contact you.

If you require multiple shipments of the items from a single order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order at sales@cindypoole.com.au so we can assist you.

Customers who request multiple shipments from a single order will incur additional delivery charges.
